ONLINE RESERVATION POLICIES:
Only certain appointments are available for online reservations. This is due to either prior consultations needed or length of service time. When you schedule online, a credit card is required to secure your appointment. See cancellation policy.
We know how easy it is to forget an appointment booked months ago, so our appointments are confirmed both five and two days in advance via text/email and telephone. We understand that life events may occur that keep you from keeping your scheduled appointment, so we ask for a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. When you forget or fail to cancel your appointment without giving adequate notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since this time is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will be applied to your credit card on file. Please understand that our service provider's time is valuable. If you miss your appointment without giving at least a 24-hour notice, you will be charged half the cost of the missed service(s). Failure to honor an appointment without any notice will result in a full service charge. These fees will be expected to be paid prior to future visits.
Our staff strives to make our guests happy with each visit. We kindly ask that you communicate any dissatisfaction with us. We guarantee our work within a 1 week period from your appointment and only if using products recommended by the service provider. We do not offer refunds but instead wish to make your experience right. Questions? Please contact us.
Hair and skincare products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase and with the original receipt for another product of the same price or we can credit your account for a future product purchase. Products must be gently used. Lip products, makeup, and brushes cannot be refunded or exchanged due to health regulations. Boutique items are final sale.
Our service area is reserved for guests in service only. We do not allow family, friends or children to loiter in service areas. While we adore them, children under 12 are not permitted to be in our waiting area without an adult. This is for their safety and out of respect to other guests. It is not fair to expect children to sit patiently while your service is performed nor is it fair to other guests who are seeking relaxation. Please make arrangements for children prior to your appointment. Restrooms are for customer use only.
Please inform your service providers of health conditions, medications and/or restrictions that may be contraindicated for your scheduled appointment.
We are not responsible for items lost or stolen. If we find items left behind, we make every effort to preserve it for 30 days. If articles are not claimed after 30 days we donate them to our local shelters.
